- Login in Your Facebook Account
- From "Account" Select "Privacy Settings"

- From the next page, click on “Edit your settings” link below Apps and Websites.

- Click on "Edit Settings" written next to "Public Search".

- From the new page, uncheck "Enable public search" option.

- Thats it !
Now soon your profile will be removed from all search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc
