How to Verify Result Cards from BISE Lahore ?
- Take 1 Photo copy of each certificate (Metric of and Intermediate)
- Go to BISE Lahore office (Mazangg Road Lahore)
- Get 2 Verification forms (from window number 16) and 2 Chalaan Forms (from HBL bank inside the building)
- Fill both Chalaan forms and pay the required amount i.e. Rs. 500/- per form, to HBL bank, they will give you two receipts
- Fill Verification forms and attach the payment receipt with each form.
- Now, Submit Verification Forms with photocopies of your certificates (at window number 4)
They will Give you two receipts with different numbers, 1 for Matric and 1 for Intermediate. Thats it ! Now they will Verify the photo copies of your Result Cards and will send mail in your home via post.
Another Option: We all know postal services are poor so this may take additional time, Its better to pick your Verified result cards Manually from the office. So, if you want to pick Verified Result cards manually from BISE Lahore, Go to Room number 302 (2nd floor) for the collection of Verified photocopy of Intermediate Result within 4 days of submission of form, otherwise they will deliver via post to your home. Go to Room number 218 (3rd floor) for the collection of Verified photocopy of Matric Result within 6 days of submission of form, otherwise they will deliver via post to your home.
Now, once you have collected your Verified Photocopy of Result card, its time to Verify your Original Certificate. IBCC is department in BISE Lahore building that verifies Original Certificates, they require the Verified photocopies to Verify Original Certificate, thats why we verified photocopies first so that we could verify our Original Certificates.
How to Verify Original Certificate of Matric and Intermediate from IBCC
- Take Your Original Certificates of Matric and Intermediate plus Verified Photocopies.
- Go to IBCC department, and get two forms after showing verified photocopies.
- Now take 2 Chalaan Forms (from HBL bank inside the building)
- Fill Verification form and keep it with you.
- Fill Bank Chalaan forms and pay them in HBL (each form 200/-). They will give you few receipts
- Take Your Original Certificates of Matric and Intermediate plus Verified Photocopies and Payment receipt and submit to IBBC Deparment. They will give a receipt back to you.
- Come within 2 days, show your receipt and Take your Verified Certificates.
- Thats it !
