• Go to Feedburner.com and burn your feed.
• Connect your Feedburner account with your twitter account.

• This will create an auto tweeting i.e. feedburner will automatically publish your latest article links on your twitter account.

• Now, all you have to do is, connect your twitter account to your Facebook and all your twitter updates will automatically be posted to your Facebook page or profile.

• To connect your Facebook with your twitter account. Go to http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/, Click on Go to App > Allow permissions and authorize the app with your login details.

• That's it. Now whenever you will update your blog, your blog links will be published to Facebook automatically.
